We have divided the search process into four phases
- We have an in-depth conversation with the client to determine which requirements, needs and wishes the new commercial space must fulfill
- We create a search letter which we send out to almost 300 brokers, landlords, property administrators and developers on the real estate market with a description of the requirements for the new commercial space
- We search the property portals and the relevant online sources
- We create a Longlist and an overview document with a description of the various properties
- We review the results of the search and, together with the client, the best suitable properties are selected for a shortlist, which are the properties that the client would like to inspect and take a closer look at.
- We arrange and coordinate the inspections with the landlord/landlord’s representatives
- We obtain and gather additional information if necessary.
- We define the wishes and requirements for terms of the lease agreement, including space layout, interior design and finances
- We manage the negotiations of the financial, commercial and legal conditions with the landlord until the final signing of the lease agreement.
- The lease agreement is signed
- The company moves in.
